Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny No Spoiler Review
Earlier this month my husband and I got to see a press screening of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, the fifth film and some say, the last film in the Indiana Jones franchise. This highly anticipated film premieres in the United States this Friday, June 30, 2023. Is it going to be a summer blockbuster? There’s a very good chance it will, because Indiana Jones and the actor who brought him to life, Harrison Ford, have been collecting fans since the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of The Lost Ark was released in June of 1981.

Passing on the fun-filled, light hearted, adventures of Frog and Toad are treasured memories for my family and now, a new generation can join the fun by watching the new Frog and Toad series debuting on Friday, 4/28/23 on Apple TV+.

Then today is your lucky day because the new Jane TV series premieres on Apple TV+ and it’s one you’ll want to check out.
About Jane: A new Apple TV+ 10-episode mission-driven series for kids and families:
Earlier this week, I attended the Nashville, Tennessee press screening of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania with my husband. I believe this is a highly anticipated film for Marvel and Ant-Man fans worldwide. I know we were certainly excited for the opportunity to view the film in Dolby along with other local film critics and if the buzz before and after the film is any indication, Nashville should be included in the fandom.

Going to watch Bones and All soon? Here’s my No Spoiler Review
Bones and All is now in select theaters nationwide and is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video and I suspect it will be a “must watch this” weekend for lots of people. For instance, I know my daughter and her friends are having a watch party and I think that’s a wonderful idea, because Bones and All is a film so compelling, it sticks with you, so you’ll be talking about it long after the end credits have run.
No Spoiler Review of Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio Film
Normally I wouldn’t have to make the distinction of which version of a film I’m reviewing, but Pinocchio has had a moment in 2022, with three film adaptations. That seems excessive, so I wondered why academy award winner Mr. Del Toro, would take it on as well. Truth be told, Pinocchio wasn’t a Disney classic favorite of mine, so if anybody could get me to watch a re-telling of this film, it would be Guillermo Del Toro.

Win Buffalo Games Jigsaw Puzzles for no-tech fun
I’ve always been a fan of low –tech, or no-tech activities for myself and my family. Card games, board games and jigsaw puzzles are played with often here over high-tech activities. Don’t get me wrong, we all love our devices and our gaming systems, but we all strike a healthy balance. I started doing jigsaw puzzles again during the pandemic and found it to be such a fun, rewarding, no-tech hobby, I started an Instagram account to share them. If you love jigsaw puzzles too, you are going to love this giveaway an e-gift card to Buffalo Games and Puzzles.

Three hands on toys for fun indoor and outdoor play
My husband and I have bought our fair share of toys over the years, and most of them are girl themed since we have two daughters, with the exception of the toys we get for our extended family which is full of boys. Recently, I was asked if I’d like to review a trio of NSI toys and I happily agreed. While these toys aren’t gender specific, I do get a boy vibe from them. No matter who you’re shopping for though, I think these three hands on toys can provide fun indoor and outdoor play.
