Today I’m sharing six practical gift ideas for women as a kick off to the holiday shopping season. I know practicality may seem a little boring, but as a woman that receives and gives my share of gifts each year, I can attest to the excitement of receiving something I need and will use.

As a member of the Music City Film Critics Association, I recently received a press screener pass for this and must say, my husband and I really enjoyed Wolfs. Clooney and Pitt teamed up again to bring their own special brand of comedic timing to this film. Here’s my no-spoiler review.

It feels and looks very fall like today in Nashville, TN. area because the remnants of Hurricane Helene showed up here before sunrise. We’re blessed to be okay and I send out well wishes for all who were in the path of it. Even though I didn’t hit my goal of a weekly Friday Faves post this month like I shared on Labor Day, I’m happy to be sharing my second today and will try again in October.
