In an effort to shake up dinner time here, I’ve been giving some of my staple recipes a creative twist. Sometimes I’ll add a different sauce or vegetable; or I’ll try a different cooking method. On a hot summer day, I received an unexpected package that contained a book and a tee-shirt that changed my way of looking at situations for the better. Scary movies abound this time of year with Halloween rapidly approaching. I'm not much for gore and guts, preferring a more Hocus Pocus style of movie and I know I'm not alone in my desire to laugh more and scream less.
