 It’s the most wonderful time of the year my friends. The holidays are finally here, and for some of us, that means gift crunch time! I’ll admit to being one of those people that actually enjoys being out in the crowd, bustling from store to store, gift list in hand. There is one store that I must shop at year after year - Macy’s! And the time to shop Macy’s for all your gifting needs is upon us. Folks, this Friday, December 11, is the Macy’s One Day sale where you can save up to 60 percent on gifts galore! Read on for some of my giftable ideas on my shopping list this year.

Home Decor- Glassware:

I’ve had my eye on the Cristal D’Arques Glassware collection for a while. I absolutely love how pretty they look both in store and in photos around the web. On my shopping list? The Pitcher and wine glasses. Can you imagine serving beverages from this beautoful collection? 

Family PJ’s:

I used to get my daughter’s new PJ’s every year. Once they hit their tweens and teens, they started preferring different styles of pajama’s, so I would get them what was on their gift list. This year though, I thought it would be so fun if we all wore matching PJ’s on Christmas morning and these plaid cuties are coming home with me.

Games for All:

If there is a plus side to this crazy year, it’s that family game night has come back in style and me for one am here for it! I love having my crew sitting around the dining room table trying our best to win, or at the very least, be a good sport about losing. Since my daughter’s are older now, I need to update our games, so I’m shopping for Carpool Karaoke and The Game of Scattergorie’s, the 30^th anniversary addition.

These are just a few ideas I got from my own shopping list, but never fear, Macy’s always delivers on great gifts, even if you are shopping on a budget. At the Macy’s one day sale you’ll find gifts in every price range from $15 to $100.

For me, Macy's is such an iconic part of the holiday season. From as early as I can remember, my family and I always watch Miracle on 34th street set at the famed Macy's in New York. I dreamed of going there to see Santa as a child. And of course, there's the festive Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade to kick off the holiday season each year. Shopping Macy's one day sale just adds another layer to the magical way Macy's has been a part of my holiday memories and traditions for many years.
