Here in the south, humidity starts rising in late March or early April and doesn’t abate until late October, early November. That means for the better part of a year, southerners, or anybody in a high humidity area are seeking ways to lower the humidity in our homes in late summer. I was thrilled when I received the opportunity to try a Newair Compact Portable Air Conditioner and dehumidifier because our AC unit needed some help in certain areas of our home.
