I can’t believe it’s been 12 years since Coraline was released. I can well remember how the movie trailer ads drew my girls in and how I as a mom of a then 6- and 10-year-old decided they were too young to watch Coraline. I’m glad I stood my ground because I later heard from some parents that the movie was too suspenseful for the younger kids.
