It would only take you a minute in our kitchen to know foodies live here. Our cabinets are full of seasonings, varieties of salts and peppers, dried herbs and so on. If you look in our fridge and pantry, you’ll find lots of condiments and sauces sorted (usually) by cuisine. My husband and I love to cook! Imagine my delight when an email about Holic Foods Sauces landed in my inbox. Yes, of course I would love to try their sauces and host a giveaway! Today, we are getting saucy with Holic Foods Sauces, sharing one of their favorite recipes and hosting a giveaway for a box of their sauces!

Next up we are going to try marinated grilled Chicken using Holic Foods Sauces
Honey Apello. I’ve tasted this from the bottle, and it is sweet with just a bit
of heat too. This is one of those universal sauces I know we’ll use on salads
as well as grilled meats and veggies because it has an olive oil base which we
love.
Lastly, I want to showcase their Tahiniholic Sauce. We love cooking Mediterranean style, so this sauce is going to come in handy in our kitchen. One taste from the bottle had me slathering it on a Pita and thinking of kabob’s, or maybe my husband grilled lamb paired with grilled squash, couscous, and hummus. I

t does have just a bit of a kick to it, thanks to the Apello peppers, but it isn’t hot. I found this tasty recipe on the Holic sauces website and they were kind enough to let me share it with you. One Pot Cheesy Tahini Pasta Recipe:
Category Pasta/Main Dish/ Servings 6/ Prep Time 15
minutes/Cook Time 15 minutes/Calories 576
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 oz. baby spinach
- 4 TBSP HOLIC TAHINIHOLIC
- 1 small lemon, the juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to instructions until it’s al dente. Drain
- Heat cream on medium heat in a saucepan until simmering. Add Tahiniholic, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper and parmesan. Mix well and cook until combined and creamy, add spinach and cook until wilted. Add pasta. Top with chili flakes if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
