Doesn’t that look tasty? It all started with a simple can of Keystone Meats Chicken. I received it and a can of their beef for free as part of their giveaway promotion.

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Keystone Meats. I received information to facilitate today’s post as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

About Keystone Meats: A Family Tradition four generations strong:

I love supporting family owned businesses as often as possible, so I was excited to learn all about Keystone Meats. According to their website, their story began in Lima Ohio when lifelong beef cattle farmer Raymond L. Dorley welcomed his son, Raymond B. Dorley, home from World War II. Looking to pass along his cattle expertise and provide new opportunity for young Raymond’s life at home, father and son opened a meat packing company called “The Pride of Lima.” Here they processed cattle that they had raised on their own family farm and provided meats and provisions to Lima and the surrounding area under the brand “Lima Keystone Products.”
“Their dedication to quality and their local roots was passed along to the next generation when Raymond’s young son Dave took the reigns as Owner/Operator of the business now known as “Keystone Meats” in 1977. Raised on the family farm and in the business, Dave was eager to expand Keystone’s product lines and make them available to a larger region. So, he upgraded the operation to USDA standards and built a small cannery producing canned meats that were hand packed and cooked in small batches, as well as broths. The new cannery allowed the Dorleys to offer their quality meats with the added convenience of being fully cooked and recipe-ready.”
Keystone Meats offers canned Beef, Chicken, Pork, Ground Beef and soup base and broth.

Ingredients:

1-28 ounce can of Keystone Meats Chicken
2- packages of Cheese Ravioli
2- jars Classic Alfredo Sauce
2- cups Italian style cheese, shredded (1- 8- ounce bag)
1- cup Mushrooms, sliced
1- garlic clove, minced
1- tablespoon Olive Oil (to coat baking dish)
1- teaspoon dried Rosemary
1- teaspoon dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shaker Parmesan if desired

Directions: Prep Time 12 minutes, cook time 25 minutes:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In 2- quart saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to rapid bowl, add pinch of salt. Place Ravioli in boiling water and bring back to boil for 4 minutes. Ravioli should be al dente. It will finish cooking in oven.

While waiting for water to boil, cut up mushrooms and garlic, set aside.

Grease bottom of casserole dish with olive oil.

Open can of chicken, drain and put in bowl to flake with fork.

Drain Ravioli.

Add one large ladle of Alfredo sauce to bottom of pan.

Add one layer of Ravioli to pan.

Spoon on chicken.

Layer mushrooms.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Top layer with Alfredo sauce.

Add shaker Parmesan if desired.

Continue this layering process until you are out of ingredients. With two bags of Ravioli, I could layer my big lasagna pan twice with lots of chicken and mushrooms for top layer. Don't worry about making your layers pretty or precise. The sauce and cheese meld everything together perfectly.

Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until you have bubbling on ends of casserole dish and slight browning of top layer of cheese.

Let sit for three to five minutes before serving.

Enjoy!

I served my Chicken Ravioli bake with a vegetable medley of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, but any vegetable you have of hand will pair well with this dish.

It comes together so quickly thanks in large part to the already cooked chicken and simple ingredients you probably have on hand.  If you like the idea of having already cooked chicken ready in your pantry, you can purchase Keystone Meats online.
