After the heat of summer, the cooler fall weather calls me back outside to enjoy daily activities like long walks, hikes, and more strenuous gardening projects. All of this is good for my mind, soul, and body, but sometimes I overdo it and experience muscle pain the next day. According
to their website, TENS is a muscle stimulator that can effectively relieve pain
after exercise and more. It works best
when used during activities such as walking, doing chores, or exercise. The TENS machine is a safe, non-invasive,
drug free method of pain relief and pain management that’s safe, non-invasive,
and drug free. It’s actually been used
by doctors and physical therapists for years.
My husband has an older version of the TENS that he purchased after his
doctor suggested it for his sciatic never back pain. He can vouch for the TENS effectiveness.
The
cool thing about this massager is it allows you to apply up to 8 pads at the same
time with the 4 outputs for much efficient pain relief. The independent A/B channel can work in
different modes and different levels of intensities. For example- you can select mode 7 with 3 intensities for
your shoulders in channel A1 and A2, while in channel B1 and B2, this TENS
machine can work as a back pain relief product in P3 with a much stronger
intensity. That’s pretty amazing!
Who is the TENS Massager for? :
This
TENS massager is good for people suffering from muscle and joint pain from a
wide range of causes like:

Many

My Thoughts:
Having
witnessed firsthand how well the TENS Massager helps ease my husband’s back
pain, I was sure it would help ease my shoulder tension and stiffness from gardening. Pulling up crabgrass is hard work! I think I will use TENS most at night while

EMS for strength and rehab:
I
will however take advantage of this devices mobility options and place the pin
pads on either side of my trick knee while up doing chores. For this I’ll turn my device to the EMS setting. EMS brings elicitation of muscle contraction
using electrical impulses and activates the muscles to assist in the increase
of strength and endurance as a rehab and strength training tool.
